Ray & Betsy Shaw are a married couple who have
incredible artistic talent. Betsy creates the most unusual dolls using colorful fabrics, turtle shells, antlers, and all sorts of decorative elements.
They evoke an other-worldly feeling and
remind us magic does exist.
Ray uses natural aspen tree trunks to sculpt
his unique Native American masks and figures.
He then paints them in a highly stylized manner producing vivid patterns and compelling designs.
